Smorgon District in the 20-40s of the XX century
Peaceful time was short for the residents of Smorgon District. It was very complicated: the historical exposition calendar shows this. Many documents are in Polish, because our lands were part of Poland until 1939. There are also documents of the “enemies of the people” who were convicted during the period of Stalin repressions. Those people have been justified nowadays.

The Certificate is on a standard form measuring 22 cm by 28.5 cm with a watermark issued on June 15, 1931; the text in Polish is readable.

Passport of Anthony Putyrski, a citizen of the Polish Republic, a resident of the Vilna Voivodeship of Oshmyany district (KP 71).
The passport was issued on December 11, 1926.
The passport consists of 16 hardcover pages measuring 11 cm by 15.5 cm; the text reads well, the photo is of high quality.

Military identity card of Anthony Putyrsky (KP 60).
The military identity card was issued in 1924.
It consists of 24 pages of 9.5 x 14 cm, a hardcover and an 8-page insert.

Knapsack of a soldier of the Army of the Polish Republic (CP 252).
The knapsack for soldiers' camping equipment in the form of a four-cornered soft canvas case with a lid and sewn-on leather straps:
4 straps for attaching the overcoat roll, 2 shoulder straps for carrying the knapsack and 2 for a bowl and a steel helmet.
Dimensions: width - 30 cm, height - 33 cm, thickness - 12 cm.

Women's blouse, the 30s of the XX century (KP 475).
The silk women’s blouse, embroidered with a cross stitch; belonged to sisters Vera and Zinaida Shleiko, inhabitants of the village Voinidenyaty, Smorgon district .
